Digital transformation and AI for marketing and sales

Technology creates value when it solves an operational problem and people use it. I help businesses select digital priorities and coordinate AI projects linked to business objectives.

Start with the process, not the tool

Slow responses, repetitive work and manual handovers between systems can constrain sales and service. I review the current process, available information and constraints before proposing a solution. The aim is a specific use case with clear ownership and evaluation criteria.

A usable digital roadmap

We prioritise initiatives by expected impact, feasibility, dependencies and team capacity. Work includes requirements, partner selection and coordination, release stages and review. My role is leadership and coordination; technical development is delivered by the resources and suppliers selected for the project.

AI in commercial processes

Use cases may include initial contact, qualification, appointment booking, operator support and data analysis. For each case we define expected quality, integrations, human oversight and exception handling. Not every step is suitable for automation.

Measure impact and adoption

Response times, useful appointments, conversions, errors and actual use help evaluate a project. We begin with a baseline and a bounded pilot, then decide whether to extend the solution. Legal and data-protection assessments involve the relevant functions alongside operational owners.

Frequently asked questions

Does AI replace the sales team?

The project starts with tasks and process limitations. Automation and operator support are assessed alongside human oversight and team responsibilities.

Does this require a large programme?

A bounded process and measurable pilot can be a starting point. The roadmap also helps avoid initiatives that exceed available resources.
