My name is Stefano Masiero, and I have spent the last thirty years working in marketing, CRM, business development and digital transformation. I founded and led one of the first digital agencies in Northern Italy and supported dozens of companies in scaling their business. I helped establish the Italian branch of AutoScout24, opened Atento Italy for the Telefonica Group, and managed key corporate clients for American Express and Diners Club International.

In recent years, I have specialised in Gamification, Loyalty Programmes, CRM growth strategies and AI-driven transformation projects, supporting companies in redesigning how they acquire, retain and engage customers.

I work with a practical, results-oriented mindset: I listen, analyse, define a clear plan and then execute. My focus never changes: helping your business grow, cutting inefficiencies and simplifying complexity.
